If you are submitting information regarding the passing of a classmate, please include a screen shot, cut and paste of the document, or link to the online obituary or source (Odessa American Online, Legacy, Find a Grave, SSA, etc.) documenting the death.  The information should include at least the minimum of the full name (including maiden name), the date of birth, and the date of death, along with cause of death if available.
